District Vision offers a 30-day return window for all performance eyewear and apparel, provided items are in their original condition with all technical packaging intact. Our goal is to ensure your mindfulness and movement practice are supported by the highest quality tools.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all microfiber pouches and technical manuals are included to maintain product integrity.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the gear for signs of wear; approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
